Cement Slurry

These inline and non-intrusive sensors emits ultrasonic waves by gauging the temperature and the acoustic impedance of the slurry

Innovative Analysis Technology

Cement is commonly used in the construction of homes, as well as in industry and for other purposes. Due to the requirements for quality, it has become increasingly important to ensure the production of more rigid and dependable cement. In order to achieve the desired level of quality, it is critical that during the production of cement certain strengths or densities have fixed and monitored values. Without immediate and constant measurement (whether using laboratory instruments or process equipment), the quality of the cement or concrete cannot be guaranteed.

With the ultrasonic 9690 density sonsor, the production process of cement or concrete can be measured in order to guarantee the highest possible quality of the product. These inline and non-intrusive sensors emits ultrasonic waves by gauging the temperature and the acoustic impedance of the slurry, the sensor can be used to calculate and display the cement’s density. Our instruments can even be used on various cement trucks to precisely monitor the grouting procedure.
